Day Nine OccupyMCR

Not posted yesterday as we were really busy. We held our 1st public assembly in which we had around four public members joined; more public was there, around 10...Things brought up was health care Brought on by (BLOCK THE BRIDGE which happened yesterday)... Social service abuse of children...Government by consensus was brought up and people commented how well they feel this works... The movement is global with around 70 countries and 1200 camps now up (occupations)...OCTOBER 15th is is international non compliance day, marches, strikes, disobedience all over the world...Members of society who help people in there day to day life i.e nurses carers should be more financially and morally supported. The first time in history that movements globally have joined as one, the revolution has begun...Discussions about wars and how we can stop this...Lots of good things passed between us and people were interested and extremely supportive.

We have had three drops of food from the local Indian of curries and stir fry...(Lovely :))...We have had two drops of hot pies from Hollands (Yummy), a huge pan of curry brought from a member of the public and last night we cooked our first meal :)A wkd veg stew with pulses and barley :)...A good idea for cooking is to bring a barbecue (large one) with gas bottle as it last longer than the mini ones.....We have two new permanent members (Yeahhhhh) and much support from the public :) Everything's good here on camp even though its raining we are all in good spirits....Peace n Love :)Oh we got a battery for charging now as well...
